2. Channelside district in Tampa is growing, with Ybor City still struggling with high crime in the late evening.
3. Hillsborough County is a huge county and there are certainly nice communities all around. Carrollwood, Magdalene, Lutz, Westchase, Waterchase, Countryway, Bay Port, Forest Hills,Temple Terrace are a few of terrific ones. 
4. Brandon/Valrico/Riverview are bedroom communities, southeast of Tampa.
5. Seminole Heights, Southeast Seminole Heights, Tampa Heights are turning over neighborhoods and fastly increasing in value. Bungalows and strong community involvement like the "ole days" are indicative of these neighborhoods in North East Tampa.
