The subdivisions, neighborhoods and communities of Odessa Keystone, Florida range from those with lots of acreage as well as those situated on lakefront and also includes the newer master planned, deed restricted, gated communities of recent day. Here are some of those communities:
Arbor Lakes is a neighborhood of larger homes over 2500 sq ft built around the year 2000. It was designed around several serene ponds with lots of conservation area amongst them. Ashley Lakes in Pasco County is a deed-restricted community of over 300 homes built in the early 2000’s conveniently located at Hwy 54 and Gunn Highway. Homes range in size from 1,500 to over 3000 square feet and sell for about $200,000.
Belle Meade is for larger home lovers of around 3000 sq ft and expects to pay about $300,000 for it. There are less than 150 of these older homes built in the late 80’s in this prestigious neighborhood where they boast of the exquisite builders who built them. You can expect to live on lot sizes over ¼ acres as well.
Belmack Acres is another older, smaller community of less than 50 homes of all sizes and pricing, situated off Boy Scout Road. Many of the homes sit on canals that lead to the large Lake Sunset.

This gated community of only 50 homes are offering space around your home of 5 acres + along with minimum of 3 full baths, 4 bedrooms and lots of other builder amenities. $1,000,000 seems to be the average for pricing currently.
Dolce Vita, recentlybuilt in the late 2000’s is as exclusive a community as its name offers only 16 estate sized homes over 5000 sq ft and selling for $2 million +. Built off of Gunn Hwy and situated on Lake Keystone, these mediterranean style homes offers floor to ceiling columns, 2 story entryways with long iron staircases and unique interior finishes.
Grey Hawk at Lake Polo is a gated community of 225 homes that has wonderful recreational opportunities for the homeowners. They can go for walks on the beautifully wooded boardwalks and nature trails, visit a tropical waterfall or butterfly garden. The homeowner can also go fishing on beautiful Lake Polo, play tennis, volleyball or basketball on one of the courts or just watch the children playing on the playground. There is also an enclosed Pet Park. The community has no CDD's and has a manned gate house.
Ivy Lake Estates was built in the early 2000’s and is a private gated community with no CDD fees and low homeowner association dues. Built around Ivy Lake, the residents enjoy a basketball and soccer fields and several playgrounds for children. Outside the gates is an the Sun Coast Bike Trail with over 50 miles of trails for walking and biking.
Keystone Manor/Keystone Crossing is a 24 hour security gated community located off of Gunn Highway and South Mobley Road. There are about 160 homes averaging about 2500 sq ft and selling for about $300,000. You will find a lot of custom built homes with designer touches that were built in the mid 1990’s. With over 1/3 of Keystone’s home sitting on either Lake Maurine or one of the very large conservation ponds, there is plenty of serene landscape to ponder on. To go with all the water conservation areas, you will find covered pavilions, picnic tables, restrooms, BBQ grill, ballgame courts, and a playground for children.
Lakes of Keystone is a very private community of about 50 homes set beyond a covered bridge offering entry into this exclusive neighborhood. Here you will find homes over 3000 +sq ft sitting on large acreage around Lake Dassell. You can purchase one of these beautiful homes upwards of $700,000.
Keystone Park Colony is a huge development of over 1000 homes spread out all over the Keystone area with an equally large range in pricing from $150,000 to $2+ million. You will find newer equestrian estates built around 2000, as well as older lakefront homes of all kinds all built within gorgeous conservation.
Keystone Lake brings about 40 homes to the area around Lake Keystone and Lake Calm that start at over $1.5 million and that were built in the last 20 years on large acreage.
Keystone Shore Estates is gated, gorgeous and conveniently located off Gunn Hwy and right near Lake Rodgers Park. $1+ million homes with over 4000 sq ft, some facing Little Lake, all on large acreage with plenty of conservation around.
Lake Parker Estates This beautiful gated community of Lake Parker in Odessa, Florida features homes built around the ski-sized Lake Parker, a spring feed lake where residents can enjoy swimming, boating, skiing, fishing and wildlife.
